How long can I store my belongings?
As long as you need. We offer open-ended storage arrangements with no fixed end date. When you’re ready to receive your shipment, give us a few days’ notice and we’ll coordinate delivery.
Can I store belongings in the U.S. before they ship?
Yes. If your move-out date comes before you’re ready to ship, we can hold your packed goods at a U.S. facility until the timing works. This is a common arrangement for clients who are vacating a home but aren’t quite ready to send everything overseas.
What if I don’t know my delivery date in Spain yet?
That’s fine. Many clients come to us without a confirmed move-in date and we plan around that uncertainty rather than against it. Storage gives you the flexibility to ship on your terms without forcing a delivery date you can’t commit to.
Does storage affect my customs exemption?
It can, depending on timing. The Transfer of Residence exemption requires your shipment to arrive in Spain within 12 months of your change of residence, with most customs offices expecting delivery within six months.
